November is here! Oh... how the months fly by!
It's a mild and windy day here in Ohio. The leaves are almost off the trees.

Hope everyone had a great Halloween!

Soon, Thanksgiving will be here and Christmas will be sneaking upon us.
I love the holidays! It's a time for sharing, caring and memories.
A time spending with family, friends and neighbors.

I am so blessed to still have both my parents, thankful for my sisters and brother.
I will always cherish the memories of my younger brother that passed in 1997 at the age of 28.
We were blessed to have him with us as long as we did.
We miss you Brian!

I'm sure everyone has been busy, as I have, getting ready for the Christmas season.
Crafting and making those wonderful smelly primitive items.

These upcoming holidays, take the time to reach out to help someone in need.

My husband and I have been working on Christmas things for our shop.

We have just finished a few of these Santa's. This Santa was popular last year, so we thought we would make a few more to put in our shop.

This is my granddaughter, Jackie.

She is 8, going on 20!

When she comes to her Nana's house, she

wants me to take pictures of her or play games

with her.

She loves to be photographed!

Jackie also likes to write stories and draw.

At age 4 she said that she wanted to be

an author. She does have an imagination and

she is ornery like her dad!

I enjoy ever minute that I spend with her!

These are my 3 sons! Josh, Jesse and Tyler.

Jesse wasn't feeling good in this picture, as you

can tell by his eyes.

Jesse is 28, Tyler and Josh are 24.

Didn't get my daughter! Doc. was wrong when

he said that I was having a girl. Instead..... here comes

Jesse! This adorable 6 lb. boy.

Jesse is my artist! It's amazing the things that he draws.

Then came the twins, which I didn't know I was

having twins until I delivered the first one. The

doc. said there is another one in there! I was shocked!

I couldn't speak!

And......again, no girls!

I wasn't prepared for 2! I was so affraid that I would

get them mixed up, because they are identical.

Who knows if I haven't! LoL!

But.....I did get a girl. My beautiful Granddaughter!

What a wonderful and talented husband I have!
My husband made this Prim Santa! Yes, It’s true! He did it all! He sewed it on the machine and he also sewed by hand. What a amazing job he did! He really surprised me.
I really appreciate his help. We have been so busy building and sewing all most every day. We are getting ready for the Christmas season at our shop.

re-opening of shop.....

Yesterday was a great day! It was my first day opening our shop back up after being closed for a month.
We had a few minor set backs, but we are up and running better than ever and with a whole new look!

It was nice to see all of the regular customers and we also had quite a bit of new folks in yesterday. We also had some wonderful ladies from Pa that came in. My husband and I met 2 of the ladies at Antiques in the Woods Show that we did in September. Martha came to pick up her new fireplace that she had ordered. Enjoy!

Antiques in the Woods......

We had a great turn out on Sept. 19th and 20th with our show in Columbiana, Ohio.
It was so neat how all these shops was in the woods. The weather was great!
Brian and I met a lot of people, they were mostly from Pa. We have made a lot of friends.
We would like to thank the folks from our hometown who came to the event.

We have been busy working on orders. My husband will be busy building.
Brian and I would like to thank Lana for inviting us to be a part of Antiques in the Woods.
